Dalam rangka mengisi keanggotaan KPP yang berasal bukan dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Panitia Seleksi mengadakan seleksi calon anggota KPP dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
A. Persyaratan untuk menjadi Anggota KPP adalah :
Persyaratan Umum :
- Warga Negara Indonesia;
- Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa;
- Setia pada Pancasila dan UUD 1945;
- Tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan yang mengkhianati Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau terlibat organisasi terlarang;

C. Ketentuan/Tahapan Seleksi :

* Berasal dari PTN/PTS berkualifikasi baik

* Belum Pernah Menikah
* Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia
* Bersedia mengikuti ikatan dinas dan tidak menikah selama 1 tahun
2. Dalam proses seleksi ini akan diberlakukan sistem gugur, artinya pelamar yang tidak lulus pada tahap tertentu, tidak diikutsertakan dalam tahapan tes berikutnya
3. Pelamar tidak dikenakan biaya apapun
