Secretary to Manager
Responsibilities
- Organise the Manager’s daily schedule based on priorities and provide general administration support to the Manager.
- Prepare draft documents for review, provide general support for presentations, and translate simple documents from Indonesian to English or vice versa.
- Organise meetings and other formal and informal events.
- Organise and store documents and computer-based information.
- Arrange all requirements concerning the Manager’s guests.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment and coordinate housekeeping activities in the Department office.
- Provide administrative support to other staff of the Department as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secretary Academy (D3) Administration graduate with 3 years related experience.
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Must be competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Ellipse.
- Work accuracy, strong initiative, responsiveness, creativity, alertness, and ability to keep confidentiality of sensitive information.
