PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
Qualifications:
1. Female, age max 35 years old
2. Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university with GPA > 2.75
3. Min. 2 years experience in similar field
4. Proven track record in preparing project specification, project progress report, and payment
5. Good in numerical ability and detail-oriented
6. Good English (oral and written) & computer literate
7. Willing to travel
ASSISTANT TO CEO
Qualifications:
1. Performs secretarial duties including composition of important letters and memorandums, maintains calendar, coordinates meetings, develops and maintains filing system, maintains records and prepares reports,handling multiple tasks and completing them in a timely manner.
2. Must have good Microsoft Word and computer skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong filing and organizing skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
5. Able to work well with staff, members, and public.
6. Demonstrated ability to be discreet, flexible, work independently, and prioritize and manage assignments and triage situations to expedite handling of important matters.
7. Ability to produce quality work under deadline pressure.
ACCOUNTING & TAX OFFICER
Qualifications:
1. Male/Female (2) max 28 years old
2. S1 Accounting with GPA min 2.75
3. Good knowledge in taxation and accounting (1)
4. Familiar with SAP B1 (2)
5. 1-3 years experience in Accounting & Taxation
6. Good knowledge in accounting cycle, GL and journal entry
7. Fluent in English both oral and written
8. Computer literate
