Assist the asset management team to formulate appropriate exit strategies for investments.
Assist and participate in negotiating favorable business terms and conditions for all investment projects.

Requirements:

Male, minimum 25 years old.
Minimum MBA degree (Overseas graduate are preferred)

Assist the lead engineer to prepare budgetary cost estimates as required to provide an input to contract variations
Able to guide the team of engineers on issues related to Management of Change on critical design document viz. P&IDs, Cause & Effects, Control narratives etc.
Develop and promote initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and productivity on project/proposal
Independently lead medium size project or lead a part of major project / proposal
Actively participate in development of the sequence of Instrumentation installation & commissioniong and assist site team during construction and commissioning phase of the project
Lead a team of engineers at the FAT for the Control & Safeguarding systems, complex package UCPs, Well Head Control Panels, Condition Monitoring systems etc
Ensure the awareness levels within the team on e-BMS related procedures and the adherence to the project Quality plan, Engineering Execution plan and Contract administration procedures
Liaise and provide directions to teams at the offshore engineering centers on issues pertaining to his/her area of responsibility on the project

Requirements:

Civil Structural or Architect Engineer / a Bachelor Degree from a reputable University min 3,0 of GPA
Familiar with AutoCAD, Land Desktop, photoshop, 3D Max.
Experience in drafting works.
Have good knowledge in his/her field in designing concrete, steel structures, building detailing planning and infrastructure with minimum 5 years experience.
Good command in English.
Experience in supervising fitout work at interior designs.
Have min 3 years experience in shopping center fitout coordination.

Senior Drilling Supervisors
(Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:

Represent PCWGKL as company representative.
Supervise the drilling operations (together with the Night Drilling Supervisor) on the drilling rig to ensure operations integrity.
Ensure the implementation of the drilling activities is as per the approved drilling program.
Ensure proper planning of operations for call-out of equipment and personnel.
Prepare daily drilling reports for submission to in Jakarta office.
Review and initial on behalf of PCWGKL the service tickets for work/services provided by the Services Company.
Keep track of PCWGKL equipment on board the rigs.
Provide daily estimated well costs for the drilling operation.
Participate in safety and coordination meetings and, support the drilling rig contractor’s safety program.
Review and check casing tally, mud program, cementing calculations/recipe, bit program and other related programs.
Discuss with PCWGKL Drilling Superintendent for feedback and improvement to operations.
Prepare and review equipment failure and incident reports.
Senior Drilling Supervisor shall perform any other supervisory/engineering works according to PCWGKL’s instructions.
Provide recommendations and work with the drilling rig contractor and third party service contractors to improve the drilling operations.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 10 years in supervising offshore drilling operations with a minimum 5 years as a Senior Drilling Supervisor.
Have the following experience:
Offshore drilling in South East Asia, preferably in Indonesia.
Jack-up drilling, testing and completion operations.
Drilling of vertical, deviated exploration and development wells.
Have valid IWCF or equivalent well control certificates;
Have a valid MIGAS Drilling Certificate;
Have valid sea survival, BOSIET, HUET, medical and fire fighting certificates;
Familiar with drilling software DIMS, Openwells or equivalent;
Must be fluent in written and oral English.

Manager - Estate [MEST]
(Kalimantan Barat - Ketapang, Sintang)

Responsibilities:


Manage plantation estate activities under his supervision in accordance with the group plantation policies and ensure that it is maintained in good agricultural condition.
Responsible for the execution of the budget program for the estate. Regularly monitor productivity of harvesters and overall productivity in terms of executing budget programs, and devise and implement operational tactics to improve same.
Maintain proper coordination between the estate and the mill, ensure adequate operational controls exists at plantation level to ensure crop quality, and wastage and losses are minimized, ensuring the target yield levels are achieved from each of the plantation fields coming under his estate.
Ensure proper allocation of labor, estate vehicles and other equipment among the different divisions and different activities so that the optimum level of productivity is achieved from the utilization of the available resource to their maximum.
Ascertain the requirement of plantation materials, timely ordering & ensure their proper utilization and maintenance of records relating to the material utilization.
Provide routine reports & estate level performance/progress reports and other agronomy data to the Management on a regular basis.
Ensure that the estate staff are motivated and disciplined.
Requirements:

Preferred age between 30 - 45 years
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years experience in a well-known palm oil plantation company, with at least 2 years of managerial experience
Good technical background in the related fields
Good command in Indonesian & English languages both oral and written is a must
Strong leadership qualities, self motivated, positive attitude & high level people management skills
Ability to work independently, is well - organized, performance-oriented, meticulously detailed, strong analytical skills & ability to work as part of a team,
