Responsibilities:

Expand portfolio business by having regular visiting;
Maintain relationship with client form business partners;
Sales Direction to all team members;
Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues;
Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective;
Provide excellent services to all customers.
Requirements:

Age between 30 – 40 years old;
Min. S1 from any discipline;
Min.5 yrs exp. in General Insurance Company (especially in handling Leasing or Banking);
Min.3 yrs exp. in Managerial positions;
Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;
English & Computer Literate is a must;
Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented;
Strong knowledge of business plan & sales procedures.
