Informasi Lowongan PNS 83.487 Formasi 2009

Pemerintah akan mengangkat 83.487 tenaga honorer jadi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) pada tahun anggaran 2009, dimana sejak tahun 2005 hingga 2008 telah diangkat 837.312 formasi dari 920.702 jumlah tenaga honorer.
Diharapkan dengan diangkatnya tenaga honorer pada tahun 2009 tersebut, tidak ada lagi tenaga honorer yang belum diangkat menjadi PNS, yang selalu menjadi masalah dan menimbulkan protes selama ini, kata Meneg Pendayaangunaan Apatur negera (Menpan) Taufiq Effendi dalam raker dengan Komisi II DPR RI di Jakarta, Senin (27/4).

Berdasarkan pendataan dari BKN, tenaga honorer per Juni 2006 sejumlah 920.702 bekerja sebagai tenaga guru 351.505 orang (38%), tenaga kesehatan 76.069 orang (8%), tenaga penyuluh 7.533 orang (1%), tenaga teknis 208.984 orang (23%) dan tenaga administrasi 276.611 orang (30%). Dengan sistem pendataan yang kronologismya telah disampaikan, seharusnya tidak ada lagi tenaga honorer yang tercecer atau tertinggal atau tidak masuk dalam data base atau yang tidak terakomodir.
Menurutnya, rasio perbandingan yang dominan dan lebih besar formasi tenaga honorer dari pada formasi pelamar umum, berakibat bertambahnya PNS yang tidak berkualitas dan tidak professional. Selain itu untuk menambahan formasi CPNS 2009 baik untuk pemerintah pusat maupun daerah, kami telah meminta pendapat Menkeu terkait dampak pada kemampuan keuangan Negara, katanya.

Hal itu akan diprioritaskan kepada penyelesaian pengangkatan tenaga honorer dan ini sesuai dengan PP nomor 48 tahun 2005 Jo PP nomor 43 tahun 2007 dan CPNS pengganti pensiun. Hal itu telah mendapat persetujuan tertulis dari Depkeu dan Kepala BKN, namun tenaga honorer yang tercatat tersebut tidak secara otomatis mendapat Nomor Induk (NIP) PNS, tapi harus diseleksi administrasi di BKN. Selain itu, bagi tenaga honorer yang tidak dapat ditampung dalam PP no 48 tahun 2005, dapat dicarikan solusinya dengan ketentuan satuan organisasi Negara tersebut masih membutuhkan tenaganya dan memenuhi syarat kompentensi yang dibutuhkan melalui seleksi, ujarnya.

Situated in “old Surabaya”‚ this stately Dutch colonial-style compound was built in 1862 and is now a preserved historical site. Previously used as an orphanage managed by the Dutch‚ it was purchased in 1932 by Liem Seeng Tee‚ the founder of Sampoerna‚ with the intent of it being used as Sampoerna’s first major cigarette production facility.

Today‚ the compound is still functioning as a production plant for Indonesia’s most prestigious cigarette‚ Dji Sam Soe. In commemoration of Sampoerna’s 90th anniversary in 2003‚ the central complex has been painstakingly restored and is now open to public. The original central auditorium is now a museum and the east side has been transformed into a unique structure containing a café, a merchandise kiosk and an art gallery. The building on the west side remains the official family residence.

Museum Researcher (Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

* To do research related to museum exhibit & founder in order to complete the information provide & to conserve the exhibit, to develop museum activity & program in order to achieve the goal, to build relation externally & internally in order to collect information, deliver message, & support other museum & HOS activity generally.

Requirements:

* Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), major in English, Art & Design, History, Anthropology, Architecture.
* Well organized, attentive to details, good communication skill, willing to handle multiple tasks and strive to provide high quality service.
* Independent, adaptable, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
* Computer literacy.
* Good command of English.
* Able to start work within short notice.

Job Description

* Secure planning, design, installation, configuration, testing and integration of the intelligent Network or Charging System, as well as other Vallue Added System.
* The full scope of integration activities, including pre-site preparation and planning, commissioning, configuration, and integration.
* Be actively involved in product evaluation, and system configuration.
* Ensuring smooth and proven integration as planned.

Requirements

* Holding bachelor degree from reputable university.
* Minimum experience 2 years on detailed knowledge of Intelligence Network/Charging System, and Value Added System, as well as associated services and services deployment.
* Working experience of protocol domains of Intelligence Network is required, such as knowledge of mobile protocols MAP, INAP,CAMEL, ISUP, as well as other known standard protocols like SMPP, Diameter, SNMP, SOAP, HTTP,etc.
* Sound knowledge of intelligence Network Technology and SS7 signaling

Job Description

* To review the retail tariffs in the IN for all voice traffics
* To review the IN parameter (tariff table on new or change tariffs)
* To compare the CDR of retail with the interconnect
* To prepare periodic trends of calls, regions, service class, reloads, SMS, content, GPRS, MMS, RBT
* To reconcile the monthly revenues with those given to the accounting department
* To reconcile the balance of IN with the account of unearned revenues in SAP
* To review the preparation of commercial launch related to new tariffs, new products, new regions (POC)
* To ensure the promotion are ended correctly based on PM
* To prepare the profitability of products and services
* To verify the IN movement balance
* To review the customer complaint and assess the impact to the organization
* To review the adjustments made by the Customer Service
* To review the subscribers profile in the HLR
* To report periodically on the result of work done to the Senior Manager

Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputable university in Finance/Economics major
* Experience in Revenue Assurance minimum 2 years
* Experience in telecommunication company minimum 4 years
