HRD Supervisor – (HRD)
General Requirements:
* S1 degree in related field from reputable university with minimum GPA 3 (scale 4).
* Minimum 4-5 years experience
* Computer literate, excellent in MS Office and email applications.
* Age maximum 30 years.
* Demonstrated good levels of oral and written communication both Indonesia and English.
* Able to work independently, team player, able to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, attention to details, service orientation and strong analytical skill.
Specific Requirements:
1. Strong exposure and experience in infrastructure / tower lease service.
2. Familiarity with tender process and relationship with government.
3. Thorough understanding of project compliance requirements.
