GM (Crewing)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:

Overall long term business strategy for crew recruitment

Responsible for global recruitment standards

Influence the manning agent setup

Be accountable for recruitment budget

Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers

Conduct Business intelligence and analysis

Drive and conduct benchmarking exercises aimed at continuous improvements
Requirements:

Relevant education background

Broad knowledge of crew management

Minimum 8 years of industry experience

Proven record either through management or hands-on recruitment of crew personnel

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively strategize, review and implement policies
