Requirements:

Male / female, min : D3 - S1 (preferably from Hotel Academy)
Min: 2 year experience in the same position
Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent guest interaction & communication skills
Good spoken & relationship Corporate / customer handling and relation
Having good knowledge & skills of F.O. Departement
Problem solver and strong knowledge leadership
Able to make training staff
Hard worker, high motivation and customer oriented
Fluent in English ( Active )
