(AVP/ VP) Vice President for Capital Market

Responsibilities:



To work with origination teams to ensure successful primary sales/distribution of all originated transactions.
To manage overall process including documentation matters during transaction execution phase
Must know fixed income products
To work with agency team on all post-closing matters and during whole of agency period




Reporting to:
VP, Capital Markets
Requirements:

Possess good university degree preferably in Accountancy, Finance or Business
Have 7-10 years of relevant experience in debt origination and/or syndication
Strong leadership skills
Strong financial analysis and credit skills
Good existing contacts and familiarity with loan distribution network with be an advantage
Independent, self-motivated and strong in interpersonal skills
