Supervisor Industrial Relation and HRIS-DataBase

Responsibilities:

Maintain relation with Disnaker and other Gov. offices
Maintain relation with local community and  do CSR activity
Manage employee grievances and conflicts
Manage and ensure legal compliance document for labor court, mass termination and warning letter
Manage Bipartit and Tripartit activity

Ensure all company actions are done within the existing regulations
Represent company interest in all legal process, court trials and Gov offices
Ensure all legal documents are accurately up to date and well kept
Ensure company position is legally safe
Ensure that all employee comply to company regulation
Ensure that all work activity is as per SOP
Ensure that all employee received Uniform & PPE
Make annual Uniform and PPE budget
Ensure that all SOP as archived and updated accordingly
Ensure that all employee database are updated
Ensure that all HR data are interconnected with each other
Policy development and documentation
Maintain good employee relations
Provide employee services and counseling.
Requirements:

Male
Min 5 years experience on same position
Have firm and strong personality
Understand and familiar with manpower regulation
Have leadership skill
Able to handle employee grievances
Able to work hard under pressure
Have communication skill
Like to face challenges
Proactive, analytical, and able to do multi tasking
Honesty and integrity
Meticulous with an eye for details
Customer satisfaction-oriented
Aggressive with strong passion to learn
Willingness to explore new challenge
Highly self-motivated

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Law, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
