As the General Affair Coordinator your main responsibility is develop and co-ordinate a team to manage a range or services that provide cost effective office facility solutions in National Office-CCBI.




General Affair Coordinator

The detail scope of General Affair Coordinator responsibilities would cover the following:
  • Develop the responsibilities of the General Affairs area to be customer focused towards reaching the highest possible service standards at the lowest possible cost
  • Develop and implement effective business process that support the efficient running of the administration centers of CCBI Managing a cost efficient R&M program for all Company owned administration “head office” environments.
  • Creating a modern “international standard” professional front lobby and general work area environment
  • Establish an appropriate number of contracted service providers for the outsourcing of non core business activities (working with the Procurement Team); including cleaning services, travel services (national), Stationary provider and R&M services
  • Develop an accurate budgeting process and a regular analysis program to understand and manage appropriately all costs
  • Develop the forward planning strategy for any facility modifications or expansions, including analyzing office space area.
  • Develop an escalation process for facilities users to ensure optimum customer service levels
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor Degree Social Science or business process design with +5 years working experience in General Affairs or related field would be a minimum requirement
  • Experience cost center financial management history would be an advantage
  • Have bee a project manager/ leader or a section/ department manager of greater than 10 people
  • Be of strong character and able to manage policy in difficult circumstance
  • Have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • You require tenacity and need to be 100% honest
  • Your leadership skills will be testimony to your successes
  • Should be able to maintain stable performance under pressure
