Job Description
To ensure smooth order process from regional customers (sister company) & third party to deliver superior customer service.
- Receive, register and analyse orders from regional customers & third party.
- Analyse the Customer Order vs Forecast submittal in SAP from SAP Customers.
- Provide the total 18 weeks rolling forecast (including firmed order) to Supply Planner.
- Based on stock availability or information from the Supply Planner, provide the supply confirmation Customer.
- Analyse Customer Order fulfillment and report the deviation to the Ass. CS Manager and Customer.
- Advise CSOG, 3rd Party Logistic and customers the weekly shipment plan, arrangement and documents preparation.
- Provide and report monthly
Further information on job
- Diploma Degree preferably from IT
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years experiences in similar field
