Research and Product Development Manager
(Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

The Research and Product Development Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible to develop the new and existing product (housing and shop house complex). He/she must have experience in conducting research activities and build a mutual relationship with the researchers and architectural consultants.


He or she will establish and manage research and development process, develop products specifications, create a portfolio of 'stock' products and oversee customer testing in conjunction with the sales and marketing team.


The Research and Product Development Manager must drive innovative product development to meet emerging customer trends, be aware of emerging trends and maintain competitive product intelligence to ensure Lippo Cikarang position in market is maintained.
Requirements:

Hold Degree from Architecture
Minimum 2 - 4 years exposure in property preferably as Research & Product Development.
Good communication skill, good analytical thinking and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work in our head office at Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi
