We are a National Company operates in Down Stream Oil & Gas Services, seeking for a qualified, hard working, and enthusiastic person to fill in position as :

Industrial Relation Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

Male, max 35 years old
Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Law background.
Have at least 2 year experience in similar position
Have knowledge of Manpower regulations / indonesian labor law and its implementation
Experience in HR policy & procedures, personnel matters & employee relation
Have depth knowledge to maintain and control confidential letter such as warning letter, termination of employment letter, and offering letter to ensure all the process run well without work disruption
