Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Engineering/MBA or Masters Degree in Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English


* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available..
* Experience in managing a large size team.
* Broad knowledge about MS Tools & technology.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for hiring, developing & retaining a high performing consulting & support team.
• Manage overall practice technology, industry , business and personal readiness
• Develop and implement consistent career development plans and training plans.
• Responsible for driving customer satisfaction team goal.• Assist in the process of matching partner resource skills to projects
• Track & manage all consultant training (Class room or self paced)
• Track & manage the training budget
• Track & manage consultant engagement on development/stretch projects
• Track Consultant OHI & work with the management and team to identify and address key OHI morale problems.
• Identify trends for skills & business demands to predict future staffing needs.
• Ensure that consultants are able to maintain high utilization.
• Take on the responsibility of Intellectual Capital Exchange (ICE) Field Program Manager (FPM). In this role you will be responsible for driving ICE Usage, ensuring high quality asset submission to ICE, build & maintain a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Communicate key company initiatives to your team & explain how their goals map to the services goals & corporate goals.
• Work with Engagement Managers (EM) to agree the Microsoft/partner staffing mix and which personnel are deployed to projects based on skills required, individual development plans & geographic location.
• Responsible for providing forward looking revenue & utilization forecast.
