Production Manager: Responsibilities include: Process and efficiency improvement ideas, adherence to the production schedule, implementing and maintaining cGMP, managing OPEX and CAPEX spend, overseeing product transfers and developments, highlighting and implementing investment projects, reviewing and maintaining capacity planning.
Your qualifications: A Licensed pharmacist is preffered but not essential. You should have a minimum of five years experience in the healthcare industry with a minimum of 3 years experience at management level with a sound knowledge of cGMP. The position requires somebody who is assertive, has sound analytical problem solving; forward planning and excellent interpersonal skill. You should also be able to work within a fast moving and dynamic environment. Communication skills in both Indonesian and English are essential.
