Collaboration & Appliance Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the Messaging, Collaboration, and appliance within IT Infrastructure Operation Division. This organization supports all company and customers employees and contractors that use Electronic Mail and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Blackberry, instant messaging, SMTP Mail, and Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP).
Provides level 2 support leading the configuration, management and troubleshooting of central services and remote e-mail access using Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Microsoft (MS) ActiveSync, Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) and for all MS Exchange related requests/incidents.
Interfacing with other related internal support groups; and performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Develop, implement and manage the policies and procedures as well as the documentation, configuration management, backup, business continuity planning and disaster recovery planning of the collaboration environment.
Ensures Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded; ensures that staff maintains, trains, and creates new procedures to continually improve operations and remain in compliance.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems or equivalent.
Min 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
Able to demonstrate experience with enterprise messaging, collaboration, and transaction tools,
Advanced competencies in respect of MicrosoftExchange , BES, Instant messaging and sharepoint.
The ability to plan, design, deploy,integrate and operate directory services like Active Directory
Preferable with IT certification related to messaging and collaboration
Fluent in English both oral and written.

Requirements:
Male, max. 40 years old
Hold a minimum of S1 degree from IT/Computer Science major with 5 years experienced
Experienced in ASP.Net and VB.Net programming
Experienced in Web Technology (HTML, Javascript) & Flash is an advantage
Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Experience in design, implementation and support of large scale network solutions
Experience in installing and maintaining various Operating Systems for Server (Windows, Linux)
Experience in maintaining various security systems (firewall, antivirus, proxy)
Experience in various voice communication solutions (PABX, VOIP)
Hands on experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, cabling and networking
Familiar with domain or active directory configuration, various database maintenance and database script (Oracle, SQL Server)
CCNA certification is a must, and experience in router set up of any brand
Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members
Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office and proficiency in written and spoken English
Have a positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Having good leadership skill

Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
Solve any critical customer problem and complain

Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S1) Graduated from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0, majoring in Information Technology (Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization.
Experience min 5 years as Service Center Manager or related field.
Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.
