Responsibilities:

Carry out the whole accounting, finance & treasury process including data entries & all necessary & assigned clerical work;
Towards generating financial, fiscal & internal management reports;
Updating with latest taxation regulations & accounting standards (Indonesian & IFRS), & sharing it with the team;
Secretarial tasks for superior, suggest any necessary improvement to finance function, other functions & company.
Build good liaison with internal & external parties, and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance; with Brevet A,B and/or C holder.
1-2 years of working experience in related fields preferably with an international accounting firm or multinational corporation.
Solid knowledge of treasury or trading payment, financial and fiscal reporting process.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good knowledge of any accounting software or MS Exapta & MYOB/SUN/Accpac/Accurate/Zahir.
Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards & latest taxation regulations. Some knowledge & or experience in IFRS is preferable.

HSE Manager/Engineer

Responsibilities:

Implement effectively the HSE Management system to achieve an accident free working environment
Ensure compliance of statutory HSE rules and regulations
Conduct safety briefing, audit and enforce safety rules and regulations
Conduct accident reporting, investigation and analysis
Site assessment and inspection to ensure conformance with statutory and company regulations
Assist in formulating and administering comprehensive accident prevention program.
Contribute towards improvement in HSE Management system through campaigns, conduct of training and development of new systems
Assist in updating management/employees/contractors on all HSE matters including any new legislation
Assist in the investigation of all reported incidents and occupational diseases
Liaise with external parties including authorities and customers on HSE matters.
Training of HSE inspectors.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering of any discipline or equivalent.
Min 5 years of relevant working experience in Oil & Gas, Marine Industries, Petrochemical Plants, and/or Shipyards.
Preferably certified safety officer.
Well versed with HSE rules and regulations including statutory regulations.
Possess English language proficiency, computer literacy, written and oral communication skill, analytical skills, problem solving skills and customer focus.
