Requirements:

Female
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or any relevant major
Having 1-2 years experiences in similar position
Able to make Mass SPT
Understanding Tax rules and Accounting
Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of team
Excellent command in English
Having excellent interpersonal skills

Kami sebuah perusahaan kontraktor oil & gas yang tengah berkembang saat ini membutuhkan segera kandidat untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

Staf Pajak
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Melakukan verifikasi faktur pajak masukan & keluaran untuk memastikan keakuratan data
Membuat laporan bulanan PPN, membuat SPT Tahunan PPH Ps 29 ( badan ), melakukan pengecekan Laporan PPH pasal 21 & pasal 23/26, membuat laporan penjualan & pembelian secara bulanan berdasarkan Laporan PPN dengan data yang diambil dari Ledger yang diverifikasi & dilengkapi terlebih dahulu, agar semua sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku
Membuat SSP setiap bulan untuk melakukan pembayaran kekurangan PPN, PPH 21,23,25 terhutang via bank
Membuat rekapan laporan PPN & PPH 21, 23/26, dan semua laporan yang berhubungan dengan pajak, agar menjadi bahan informasi bagi perusahaan
Mempersiapkan sales invoice dan faktur pajak untuk penjualan kas dan kredit untuk memastikan bahwa sales invoice dan faktur pajak dibuat dengan benar dan sesuai dengan ketetapan yang ada
Requirements:

lulusan D3 Pajak / akuntansi
Usia maksimal 30 tahun
Bersertifikat brevet A & B
Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun
Mampu berbahasa inggris dengan baik
Lancar mengoperasikan komputer
Bersedia bekerja di bawah tekanan

FAT Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures include costing
Maintenance the compliance through continuously update to the new tax rules and regulations
Responsible for managing all finance and accounting activities and ensure financial statement and accounting report
Interprets various accounting data, analyzes reports and recommend and/or initiates actions to be taken
Forecast Analysis
Prepare all taxes reconciliation on timely basis and update on all new tax reporting requirement
Requirements:

Female with aged 25 - 30 years old
Hold min. Bachelor degree from accounting with min. GPA 3.00
Min. 2 years of experience in the same position preferably at Manufacture Company
Hold certification Brevet A & B
Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance, and Tax
Computer literate, especially in Ms. Office and Ms. Excel (formula calculation, logic function, etc)
Preferably Mandarin (written & spoken)
Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as in team
Self motivated, highly initiative, well organized, and able to work under minimum supervision
