Requirements:

Education:
Mechanical Engineer, Materials Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and a like


Experience:
Minimum 5 years in semicon industry.
Minimum 3 years in substrate design / Simulation
Expatriates are also encourage to apply this position
Willing to be located at Batam Kepulaun Riau
The Selection will be done in Jakarta


Knowledge:
Industry standards (JEDEC, IPC, etc.),
Design rules and capabilities of manufacturing
Reliability standards
Acad, Ansys & Abacus softwares
3D finite modelling
