Responsibilities:

Manage improvement on 2 PE Plants & other general Polymer plant
Optimization (Energy, Yield, Hc Loss, Downtime & Utility)
Requirements:

S1 Chemical Engineering from reputable University
Male
Minimal 6 (six) years experience in Petrochemical company or similar
Able to work in a team
Communication skills in written & spoken English
Process simulator (Hysis, Pro-II) & Spread Sheet Programming
Experience to handle management of change
