Due to executed our new project, we are now intended to strengthen our Hotel Construction Team and are seeking qualified candidates for the following position:


M&E Site Manager (SHC)
(Jakarta Raya)


Requirements:

Graduated from reputable university (architectural / civil engineering)
Site management and construction management experience in Hotel, Apartment, and/or Factory project under Japanese contractor and/or major international contractors
Computer skill (MS Office, MS Project, MS Power Point)
Good knowledge of construction methodology, materials and schedule
Basic management skill especially leadership
Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)
