Our Client was established in 1992, the company is Agriculture and Livestock Management with partner from Australia.

Now we are looking for talented people with strong initiative, integrity, and experience to join us in the following roles:



Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
(Lampung)



Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, control and coordinate the operations of Accounting, Finance and Tax in accordance with the Company's policies and Indonesian Tax Regulations in order to ensure the availability of strong and reliable accounting and finance system and maintain smooth cash flow, foreign exchange exposures and manage interest, cost of fund and tax planning, and ensure the quality and timeliness of all Financial Reports.
Perform accounting and finance strategic management, monitoring, controlling, and system development.
Consolidate strategic financial management and financial planning of company.
Update corporate financial strategic management.
Prepare financial highlights and analysis for quarterly and annually report needs.
Review and evaluate Financial Management on the following processes:
Finance
Accounting
Tax
Budgeting and Financial Planning
Report to Director
Requirements:

Male
Maximum age 45 years old.
Minimum 10 years experience in Managerial level.
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting.
Prefer have an experience as a Finance and Accounting in agriculture company.
Good interpersonal, communication, and operation field, as well as proficiency in English.
Have to adapt in a fast changing environment.
Have good behavior and integrity.
Dynamic, multitalented, results and customer oriented individual, experienced in developing, improving and expanding markets for a profit company, also experienced in lecturing and giving presentations. Desire a senior/top management position with a leading international/multinational company that provides a challenging opportunity to significantly contribute to a company's efficiency, organization, growth, development and profitability.
Willing to be located at Lampung.
