NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AGENCY (BAPPENAS)
The Government of Indonesia through Bappenas has received a grant from the Japan Fund for Proverty Reduction (JFPR) – Asian Development Bank (ADB) among the poor in Indonesia. Its purpose is to assess the feasibility, cost, and impact of providing ironfortified rice under the world’s largest subsidized rice program for the poor (RASKIN).
Bappenas is currently seeking applications from qualified individual consultant to fill the position of:
1. PMO – Executive Secretary (1 person)
Qualifications:- Experience in managing health development projects, particularly nutrition improvement programs;
- Ability to communicate, write and read in Indonesian and English;
- Proficiency on computer, and ability in all standard Microsoft office applications;
- Ability to delegate to and supervise young dynamic staff;
- Commitment to good governance;
- Commitment to improving the nutritional status of Indonesia, particularly the poor and disadvantaged;
- Ability to work in a team.
2. PMO – Finance, Procurement, and Planning Officer (1 person)
Qualifications:
- University graduate;
- Five years experience in financial management/procurement/planning of foreign funded projects especially with ADB projects;
- Computer literate with detailed knowledge on all the programs in Microsoft office;
- Ability to communicate in oral or written English.
3. PMO – Monitoring and Evaluation (1 person)
Qualifications:
- University Graduate;
- Have five years experience in managing monitoring and reporting activities of foreign funded projects;
- Computer literate;
- Ability to communicate in both written and oral English;
- Ability to work as a team member.
4. PIU – Technical Coordinator (1 person)
Qualifications:
- University Graduate;
- Have five years experience in managing monitoring and reporting activities of foreign funded projects;
- Computer literate;
- Experience in rice milling and/or food manufacturing;
- Ability to communicate in both written and oral English;
- Ability to work as a team member.
5. PIU – Finance, Procurement (1 person)
Qualifications:
- University graduate;
- Five years experience in financial management/procurement/planning of foreign funded projects especially with ADB projects;
- Computer literate with detailed knowledge on all the programs in Microsoft office;
- Ability to communicate in oral or written English.
The procurement of the consulting services will be accordance with GOI’s procedure and Asian Development Bank procedures on the employment of consultants.
