- Min bachelor degree of Law Faculty
- Min 8 years working experiences, and 3 years in the same position
- Familiar with contract negotiation and dealing
- Well knowing about mine operation and mine working process
- Familiar with mine permit
- Full understand with budget and control in mining industry
- Good communication and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership

Mine Manager (MM)
Requirement:
- University Graduate
- Min age 32 years old
- Min 10 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position
- Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining
- Have extensive technical support mining experience with surface mining operation.
- Good Mine Plan Competencies, Budgeting and Cost Control Knowledge
- Strong Leadership and good managerial skills
- Ready to work any area in Indonesia
Senior Mine Engineer (SME)
Requirement:
- University Graduate
- Min age 32 years old
- Min 10 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position
- Have extensive technical support mining experience with surface mining operation.

- Good organizer with managerial skills

Mine Engineer (ME)
Requirement:
- University Graduate, majoring Mine Engineer
- Min age 28 years old
- Min 5 years working experiences and 1 years in the same position
- Have knowledge about governmental mining regulation.
- Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and MINCOM Software (SURPAC)
- Preferable working in Contractor Coal Mining

Mine Supervisor (MS)
Requirement:

- Min 6 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position

Senior Mine Geologist (SMG)
Requirement:
- University Graduate
- Min age 32 years old
- Min 10 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position
- Develop & Manage Exploration Plan
- Responsible for reliable Geological Model
- Manage & Develop Safety System within department
- Able to use Surpac, AutoCAD, and other Geology tools
- Good organizer with managerial skills
- Ready to work any area in Indonesia
Geologist Exploration (GE)
Requirement:
- University Graduate, majoring Geology
- Min age 28 years old
- Min 5 years working experiences in geology project and 1 years in the same position
