Call Centre Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

 Responsibilities:

• Giving best services to customer via phone
• Giving best solutions to customer
• Giving information about product to customer
  

Requirements:

• Male or Female, Max 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field with GPA >2.8
• Good interpersonal skill and proactive
• Able in handling complain and get more information to solve the problem
• Able to work full time in shift schedule
• Experienced in handling customers will be an advantage. (any kind of call center)
• Required language(s): English both oral and writen
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
