Qualifications:
* Male, max 28 years old
* Min. S1 graduated from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, from reputable university, GPA min 2,75
* Min. 2 years experiences as estimator in civil contractor/consultant, or experience in building maintenance
* Excellent numerical analytical skill & detail oriented
* Experience in handling variety project, especially in construction or interior
* Good English (oral & written) & computer literate (MS Office & Auto CAD)
* Proven track record in preparing project specification, M&E lay out and project progress report
* Handling monitoring budget & final account
* Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
* Male, max 28yrs old, min Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Arus Kuat).
* Min 2 years experiences in handling building projects
* Strong analytical skill & coordination skill
* Good communication & interpersonal skill
* Willing to travel, and also to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
