Persyaratan :

1. HRD Supervisor (HRD-SPV)
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
- Male or female 27 ? 35 years old
- Min 2 years experience in HR System and development: organization development, recruitment, training and development, industrial relation, etc.
- Pleasant personality, energetic and high motivated
- Good English (oral & written) skills and computer literate
- Able to work independent or as a team
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability, strong interpersonal skill and strong communication skills
- Able to travel throughout Indonesia

2. Site Supervisor (STS)
- Male, 27 ? 35 years old
- Has experience min 5 years and has great knowledge crusher and fixed plan operation, good awareness of maintenance scheduling, has daily reporting & basic admin function
- Production oriented
- Able to manage manpower human resources at work location
- Has knowledge about safety, health and environment
- Good in English (oral & written) skills and computer literate
- Able to work independent or as a team
- Having strong interpersonal skill & integrity and strong leadership
- Able to work under pressure
