Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the position of Business Intelligence Analyst and Business Intelligence Data Administrator. As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will contribute to the success of the Modern Foodstore Key Account team by providing Brand, Pack, Price, Channel (BPPC) & Shopper Insights; assistance with Customer Category Management initiatives and ad hoc business reporting. Business Intelligence Data Administrator position offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to develop your analytical and business problem solving skills in a dynamic work environment and contribute to the success of the MFS National Key Account team.

Business Intelligence Analyst

Qualifications

* Holding minimum Bachelor Degree from relevant major (Commerce / Finance / Marketing)
* Commercial experience preferred
* Possess Problem Solving / Analytical Skills and strong systems aptitude (Microsoft Office)
* Effective time management and Flexible working hours
* Demonstrate strong communication skills
* Able to work under pressure & within limited time frames

Responsibilities
Shopper Insights

* Providing Category insights to understand volume & profit opportunities that will drive account management initiatives.
* Assist with customer specific shopper insight projects
* Assist in driving price and promotional initiatives using scan data & shopper insights
* Link pricing strategies to market share analysis to understand the likely impact of our promotional activity on the market place.
* Analysis of scan data to begin & manage the Category Management process with strategic key MFS customers.
* Assisting MFS account management team with Business Plans and Category Reviews
* Ad hoc business reporting as required

Revenue Management

* Assist with proposals to drive revenue management strategies for the Modern Foodstore channel
* Building relationships with national account teams to translate revenue opportunities into initiatives

Pack/Price Analysis

* Assist with development of MFS BPPC strategy
* Assist with determining optimum MFS pricing based on on-going revision of pack/ brand strategies and use of scan data
* Undertaking specific brand / pack account analysis to review strategic fit, and provide recommendations
* Conducting what-if scenarios on alternate price related activities and present recommendations
* Assist to develop, own and maintain MFS pricing matrix and other Pack/ Price platforms
* Develop & maintain MFS customer ‘sell-out’ reporting
* Performing ad hoc business performance analysis as required

Business Intelligence Data Administrator

Qualifications

* Holding minimum Bachelor Degree from IT or Business Administration discipline
* Preferably possess commercial experience
* Preferebly have experience in fast moving consumer goods
* Strong systems aptitude (Microsoft Office Suite & CRM Software)
* Effective time management and flexible working hours
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work under pressure & within limited time frames

Responsibilities

MFS Scan Data Support

* Liaising with customer scan data contacts & NKAM’s to ensure complete & on-time delivery of scan data
* Adhoc customer scan data consolidation & reporting as required
* Assisting with development of Business Intelligence CRM solution & on-going technical support and maintenance procedures.
* Assisting with management of Business Services scan data service level agreements
* Assist the MFS BI Team to design standard scan data reports

Data Integrity

* Assist with design & implementation of data security procedures
* Formally document data integrity charter and communicate to relevant stakeholders

Adhoc Business Requirements

* Assist with scan data analysis that will support NKAM customer initiatives
* Assist with National MFS customer category management projects as required
