It is also placing increasing emphasis on its role as an innovator, developing new drugs and chemical entities either by itself or in alliance with strategic partners internationally.

* Have Initiative, continous learning attitude, also communicative and pleasant
* Team Player with strong interpersonal skills
* Experience in consulting / outsourcing company is a plus
