Responsibilities:


Preparing sales activities plan and coordinate in new client acquisition, develop and maintain relationship with prime customer
Developing and evaluate portfolio and performance of the branch.
Ensure the implementation of service standard is in line with SLA and SOP.
Monitoring service to customer and all complain are handled in proper manner and make service improvement plan periodically.
Ensure that branch operational running smoothly and in line with sispro
Delegate the task properly in the most efficient and effective way
Responsible in prevent potential cost loss possibilities by monitoring branch’s cost and cash flow.
Ensure that all the staff following KYC procedure in handling customer.
Managing and guiding branch's staff in product knowledge & services and self development program.
Requirements:

Minimal S1 graduation from reputable university
Minimal 5 years experience in banking industries and minimal 2 years in managing sales team or branch with good performance track record.
