Senior HR Officer (Job Location: Malang, East Java)

Your Responsibilities :

Reports to HR Director, this position will be responsible to manage the whole area of Human Resource Management in our factory in Malang. As a generalist, she/he will be required to manage all HR aspect within the factory, which has to be in line with the guidelines, strategic plan and policies of the Company.

Our Requirements :

-University degree, majoring in Law or Psychology
-Has minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource area
-Male or Female , aged 30 - 35 years old
-Preferably has experiences in multinational manufacturing company
-Has strong knowledge and skills on labor law, Industrial & employee relation, Training & Development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & benefit, Payroll system, Office and GA management.
-Good in human relationship and strong interpersonal & communication skill
-Proactive, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast paced
-Proficiency in spoken and written English and excellent in MS Office skill
-Domiciled or willing to be stationed in Malang – East Java

3. CREDIT COLLECTION HEAD (CCH)

Kualifikasi:
S1, min IPK 3.00, Mempunyai pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Credit Collection Head (diutamakan di perusahaan pembiayaan atau perbankan), memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, dapat bekerja dalam tekanan, kemampuan berpikir secara analisis dan kritis, memiliki keyakinan terhadap keputusan kredit yang telah dibuat.

4. CREDIT ANALYST (CA).

Cashier (Code: CR)

Reports to Accounting Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
- Communicate with suppliers who are asking the status of the payment.
- Ensure that all payment transactions are fully authorized.
- Communicate with company’s bank any payment rejected by supplier’s bank.
- Create manual payment to retransfer rejected payment.
- Ensure that all the transaction already released.
- Issue check for petty cash reimbursement from terminal and head office.
- Record the travel advance requested by employee.
- Record travel reimbursement submitted by employee.

General Requirements:
- Currently stay in Medan
- Must possess at least D3 with Finance/Banking/Accounting background.
- Maximum 1 year working experience in a related field. Fresh graduates with higher qualification (S1) are encouraged to apply.

- Recognize market condition by monitoring cement and other material products price, and conducting market survey.
- Build and develop relationship with existing customers and prospected customers to do sales deal and customer service.
- Analyze market and propose recommendation for maintaining and expanding market share.
- Plan and organize promotion activities for distribution chains and direct customers.
- Update customer database, price and market data for analyzing purpose.
- Investigate if it is found that cement distribution was not conducted properly.
- Input sales order, do invoicing and monitor process & release order if needed.

General Requirements:

- Currently stay in Medan/Riau Region
- Must possess at least Bachelor degree from recognized university majoring in Civil Engineering / Economic / Marketing.
- Maximum 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Macro economic and marketing principles knowledgeable.
- Good personalities, energetic and able to work under pressure.
- Aggressive, initiative and customer oriented.
