PT Kao Indonesia is a consumer products multi national company with a nationwide sales coverage. Currently we are looking for a qualified candidates to fill in the positions of:Assistants Brand Manager (ABM)
To assist brand manager to plan, develop, and execute product promotions and marketing campaigns in order to meet established sales or market share targets.
Product Development Executive (PDD)
To define a specific line of products for the market, providing inputs related to design of product, pricing, anda other related financial indicators that would validate the feasibility of launching the product.
Purchasing Executive (PUR)
Conduct day-to-day acitivities of purchasing materials and supplies that meet the organisation’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply; negotiate of prices and delivery conditions; resolve problems with the timeliness or quality of supplies.
Technical Executive (TEC)
Conduct day-to-day acitivities of maintenance to ensure that production equipment, machinery, or instrumnets function reliably and safely anda that facilities, buildings, and plants are in good working order; monitor improvement or extension project.
Sales Trainee (SMT)
Achieve sales objectives within product range and assigned area or accounts or channel; sales plan, sales promotion, conclude orders, arrange internal sales logistics.
Job Requirements:
* University degree for all positions
* Chemistry/Chemical Engineering for PUR; Mechanical Engineering for TEC
* Minimal 3 years experience and 1 year in the same position for ABM; minimal 2 years experience in the same position for PUR, PDD; minimal 1 year experience in the same position for TEC
